    Thet, an exceptionally talented chef, serves as the visionary force behind our menu creations. Guided by his Virgo nature, he pays meticulous attention to detail and finds profound fulfillment in his craft, especially in bringing joy to those who savor his dishes.

    Originally from Pathein, Myanmar, Thet embarked on his culinary journey in 2001 when he ventured to London to pursue his dream of becoming a chef. Starting humbly as a Kitchen Porter, he steadily ascended the ranks, evolving into a seasoned chef after a decade of dedicated work across various kitchens in London. His culinary prowess reached new heights when he assumed the role of Head Chef at the renowned Wild Food Cafe. More recently, he has contributed his expertise to establishments like WAVE (We Are Vegan Everything) and Farmacy, where he has turned his creative visions into delectable realities.

    A devoted collector of cookbooks, Thet immerses himself in daily research and exploration to craft innovative, mouthwatering recipes that leave diners craving more. He firmly believes that plant-based cuisine possesses limitless potential for flavor and satisfaction, given the right care and attention.

    Thet lives by the mantra, "I only know one thing, and that is I know nothing," embracing a perpetual journey of learning and growth that fuels his constant innovation and mastery of culinary techniques.

    Carlota embodies a dynamic spirit, always propelled by boundless energy and unwavering ambition in both our kitchen and event spaces. As an Aries, her persona radiates vitality, assertiveness, and sociability.

    Hailing from Lisbon, Portugal, she staunchly advocates for the use of local, seasonal, and sustainably sourced ingredients—cherishing their freshness, ripeness, and sun-kissed flavors. With a longstanding commitment to veganism, Carlota has recently delved into the realms of Raw Food, Alchemical Regenerative Cleanse, Liquid Nutrition, and Animal Healing through Nutrition, Herbalism, and Energy Healing.

    While her professional background lies in Architecture and Urban Planning, Carlota possesses a keen creative intellect alongside a methodical and organized approach to her work. With a rich history in events and hospitality since her youth, she effortlessly unites people and orchestrates memorable evenings.

    Over the past years, Carlota has left her mark as a chef and restaurant manager at esteemed establishments such as Wild Food Cafe, Plants by Deliciously Ella, and Farmacy. Concurrently, she has embraced the role of a freelance chef across diverse London venues—from museums to stadiums—while collaborating extensively with various catering companies. This breadth of experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of all facets of event execution.
